The Sunset, located on the infamous Sunset Strip, is designed to provide an eclectic mix of office and retail services. Originally constructed in 1964, the Tower was the originally owned by Hugh Hefner. The retail area with a focus on health and wellness was added in the early 2000’s blending historical reuse with new construction. The open plaza area provides seating beneath shady olive trees and can be used for team meetings or just an escape for inspiration.

8560 W. Sunset Blvd.

Also known as the Tower, 8560 is a 70,000 square foot ten story office building. Originally built in 1964, it features a mix of both multi-tenant and full floor tenants,  ranging from entertainment, tech and real estate. It features LEED-Gold and Energy Star certifications and offers panoramic views of Downtown, West Los Angeles and Hollywood Hills. It connects directly to parking garage elevators with key card control, closed-circuit TV monitoring and lobby level security.

8570 W. Sunset Blvd.

The first of three buildings in the retail plaza, 8570 consists of two stories of 44,000 rentable square feet. The 2nd floor is dedicated to office space while also offering 22,000 square feet of valuable street-level retail. Current tenants include Sweetgreen, Miniluxe Nail Salon, NextHealth, OneMedical , Sun Life Organics & SoulCycle.

8580 W. Sunset Blvd.

This one story 7,000 square foot building is front and center of the retail plaza. It was previously a retail flagship store that occasionally hosted exclusive designer launches.

8590 W. Sunset Blvd.

8590 offers 56,000 rentable square feet. The two story building is home to the most popular Equinox in the Los Angeles area. Other tenants include the Equinox Spa and Martinez Samuel Salon.
