The Sunset has an outdoor plaza with a great selection of retail locations. The plaza hosts a number of events throughout the year including live music, tenant appreciation events.

Loading Dock

For convenience, The Sunset provides a dedicated loading dock located off of Alta Loma Road.

On-Site Building Management Office

The Building Management Team is located at 8560 W Sunset Boulevard, Suite 240.  The team is available from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday-Friday to assist with any questions.

Security

Building Security is provided by Allied Universal and the building offers 24/7 security coverage.
